DIAGNOSTIC SPOTS LEFT

Trusted by hotels, vendors, and SMEs across Nigeria since 2019
Every business has a gap somewhere — a manual process eating hours every week, a bottleneck slowing down customer response, a task three people are doing that one system could handle. You feel the effect (stretched staff, missed follow-ups, slower revenue) but rarely see the cause.
That's what the diagnostic is for.
Our AI-powered assessment looks at how your business actually runs today — your workflows, customer touchpoints, and repetitive tasks — and identifies exactly where you're losing time, money, or opportunities.
No generic app pitch. No guesswork. Just a clear diagnosis first.
Most businesses lose time and money in places they can't see. Our AI-Powered Business Diagnostic pinpoints exactly where your operations are leaking — before we recommend a single tool.
Takes under 2 minutes. A member of our team will personally review your answers and follow up within 24 hours — no automated sales pitch
Once we've found your gap, AviYa AI gives you the tools to close it — custom built for how your SME actually operates.
